After lurking in my frigid cage
Behold the darkness, fear and rage
What will become of this age?
Every tidbit does dismay
My forsaken heart in every way
Does it truly matter what I say?
For only I foresee the pain
Ensuing the corrupted reign
Of this great nation's tragic wane
But in the depths of this cold land
Behold a glowing outstretched hand
Until it all returns to sand
And when that sand does resume
No longer does my darkness loom
Awakened. Frozen in my room
When I gaze across the light
These foolish dreams I cannot fight
Arise to steal my very sight
One of my brothers everlasting
Two more of others, our wills contrasting
Upon my love forever casting
My beating heart will never rest
Nor will the needles in my chest
Before justice does have its nest
Testing how far I could run
I finally see the blazing sun
As with my will - the only one
